How it works?
To avoid any unexpected fees, please notify us of any special items when requesting a quote. Here, we like everything to be clear. Here’s how we count billable working time:
- The time starts when our movers arrive at your location and ends when they leave the destination.
- Travel fees are charged based on distance. For example, 60 minutes for a round trip to Montreal.
- A minimum of 2 hours of work and 1 hour of travel time will be charged.
For example: If our movers arrive at your location in Montreal at 8:00 AM and leave your new home in Montreal at 11:00 AM. The billable time will be:
- 30 minutes to get to your location from our parking area,
- 3 hours of working time,
- 30 minutes to return to our parking area.
For a total of 4 hours.
